The BIRG ticket must be conserved until the carrier has arrived at its destination, and shown, upon request, to the ticket inspector.

The pass-holder must write on the the pass the personal information requested as well as the week and zones  for which the pass is being used. In addition, the pass much be shown, upon request, to the ticket inspectors, along with appropriate identification.

The calendar month shown on the pass for the area of the zones concerned, for an unlimited number of journeys.

The pass must be shown upon demand to ticket inspectors.

In case of theft or loss, a duplicate of the annual pass can be requested paying- € 5,16 - for the first time in the year and - € 25,82 - for subsequent times, by presenting the following at the sales outlet in Via Gaeta 78:
- complaint regarding theft or loss submitted to the Judicial Authorities
- 1 photo
- receipt issued at the time the pass was collected

The duplicate may not be issued if the remaining period of validity is equal to or less than 1 month.
When valid, the 'Metrebus Lazio' annual pass may be replaced with the more costly Metrebus Lazio annual pass by paying € 5,16 in a set fee and an amount equivalent to the difference between the price of the new pass and the remaining value of the 'Metrebus Lazio' pass.
In case of documented inability to use the pass, a total or partial reimbursement can be requested, paying a set fee of € 9,3 or € 12,91. The amount reimbursed will be equivalent to the cost of the yearly pass minus the amount corresponding to each month of use of the pass (for each month of use, the price of a monthly pass for the same zones is subtracted).
